Once i figured it out, it works great. My biofreeze bottle is slightly smaller, so i made a couple wraps of scotch tape and it held the bottle perfectly

I've only used it once, as I'm not sure if I should use it alone or with the cream . I gave bone on bone in my knees and that is where I would be using it
